What is Juvederm® Volbella™ XC?

Juvederm® Volbella™ XC contains a more viscous hyaluronic acid gel, adding subtle volume to the lip without creating a stiff feeling. Juvederm® Volbella™ XC injections are quick, taking only about 15 minutes in the comfort of the Levy Dermatology offices. The lidocaine infused gel makes each injection more comfortable than the last, so there’s very little pain beyond the slight pinch of the needle.

Dermal fillers require no downtime or recovery period, though you may experience some side effects, which include pain, swelling, and tenderness at the injection site. These side effects typically resolve within the first two weeks after treatment.
